What are the types of information collected by the Credit Bureau?

The Credit Bureau collects credit information on individuals and commercial entities on a regular basis from the Members on the following types of information:

  1. Basic personal profile data, such as name, identification number, address;
  2. Records of all credit facilities from the Members as well as utility and telecommunication companies belonging to the customer including
    • Car loan
    • Home loan
    • Personal loan
    • Education loan
    • Credit card
    • Overdraft
    • Electricity bill
    • Internet bill
    • Telephone bill;
  3. Records of all credit facilities guaranteed by the customer;
  4. Dishonoured cheques due to insufficient fund, if any; and
  5. Legal suits filed by Members, if any.
